How much does it cost to use Soko?
The current version of Soko is free and will be free forever – that is our promise to you. However, for some businesses, there may be additional features in the future that may cost a small amount to use depending on the size of your business and your business needs.
Who can use Soko?
Any kind of business that is selling any products can use Soko to accept orders from their customers online.

Do you charge commission on orders?
Do you deliver for merchants?
No. At the moment we don’t deliver orders. Delivery is handled by the merchant.
However, we are building tools that make it easier for the merchant to offer delivery services seamlessly through the Soko platform by connecting directly to delivery and logistics partners within your city.
What kind of Support do you give?
We provide training and guidance on how to design your shop, how to add products, how to promote your shop and products, and any other support you need to get you started in selling online.

Can I use my own custom domain?
